"Letting Go" Emotional Baggage Women"s Weekend Women Retreat

Our weekend retreats are designed to explore ways to relax and rejuvenate, while also helping women deal with those stubborn issues that keep you on an emotional, spiritual, and mental merry go round.  Many women are often in survivor mode and try to endure toxic relationship that make it difficult to take care of themselves. This is a much needed opportunity to unwind and restore healthy mindsets as they learn tools to "Let GO" and empty their emotional baggage!!!! All retreats are held at Epworth By The Sea in St. Simons Island, Ga.
