Regina Littlejohn is a Certified Professional Life Coach. She attained a Bachelor of Social Work from

Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University a Master of Social Work from Florida State University.  She served in the U.S. Air Force for six years.

She has served in the social service profession for over 20 years, as an outpatient/family intensive therapist, women and girls group facilitator, curriculum designer, children's case manager, parenting, anger management & GED instructor, crisis management adviser and creator of "Putting Your Finger on Your Ouch program to help break negative generational cycles of behavioral patterns of abandonment & rejection and rage and anger that brings emotional wellness to the heart of individuals. 

Most recent, Regina worked for seven years with the state program, Florida Self-Directed Care as a Certified Life Coach.  She also, traveled throughout the United States as a keynote speaker and trainer for the Yellow Ribbon program addressing deployment issues and emotional and mental wellness for the military warriors and their families.

She started working with women at Community Connection shelter in January 2015, providing personal and emotional growth workshops and life coaching services. She now provide services to the women who reside at Trinity Rescue Mission shelter.

She is the proud mom of one daughter, Olivia, the co-founder of the non-profit, Transforming Lives Outreach with Love, Inc. We serve young girls and women in undeserved communities, providing annual cultural activities: Olivia’s Annual Tea Party and Olivia's Night of the Arts, annual Personal and Emotional growth weekend retreat, quarterly “Putting your Finger on Your Ouch workshops, and life coaching services.
